Price plans
Choosing your Vodafone price plan determines how much you pay for your calls and what additional benefits are included with your regular monthly charge. As well as offering a variety of price plans with optional add on benefits, we've created a special price plan for people who'd rather send text messages than talk.
There are two different ways of paying for your mobile phone usage: pay monthly and pay as you talk.
Pay monthly
Our pay monthly price plans offer a Perfect Fit, designed to fit around you and the way you use your mobile phone. They include a bundle of calls as part of your monthly charge, so you can talk at no extra cost. Payment is straightforward, because we send you a bill every month and then collect payment by direct debit. Perfect Fit price plans also have the option of adding a bundle of text messages or picture messages for a discounted monthly cost.
Our Vodafone Message Plus pay monthly price plan has been designed for people who prefer text to speech. Vodafone Message Plus gives you inclusive value which you can use on text messaging, picture messaging and video messaging. Each month you can use a combination of these services up to the value of the equivalent of 300 text messages or 100 picture messages or 60 video messages. You can also use the Respond Plus personal assistant service for just 12p per message. There are no inclusive voice calls, so you won't be paying for something you don't use.

Pay as you talk
Alternatively you can pay as you talk by adding a TopUp of credit when you need it. You can TopUp electronically, online or over the phone by credit card or debit card. There's no monthly bill, helping you keep in control of your costs. If you are an occasional user or just keep your pay as you talk mobile for emergency use, it's important that you remember to make a call at least every 6 months to keep your account active.
If you're already connected to Vodafone, you can change to a different price plan by calling the customer service number on your monthly bill. If you're a pay as you talk customer, simply call 191. (Calls to the automated 191 service are free; you'll be charged 25p if you transfer to an operator). For customers with hearing problems you can contact us by textphone on 020 8288 8038, or e-mail disability.access@vodafone.com
